"Costco Culture" is real, at least on my team. Everyone is super positive and supportive. My managers don't micro and as long as you get your work done you'll never have a problem.
Discretionary 401k match up to 9% of salary. Up to 5 weeks vacation. Full medical/dental for like $40 a month. Stock Purchase Plan. Free membership and more to give away to friends and family.
I love the humility. Our executive team go by their first names and are willing to make time for anyone if their schedules permit. There are also many opportunities to meet with leadership to ask questions every month.
My team meets briefly every week to discuss our projects and everyone gets a chance to share a bit about their personal life if they want. I feel like it brings us closer together, especially when working remotely.
I love that I work for a company that I can always trust to do the right thing. There's so much that the public doesn't see: cutting out plastic, HR working to add new perks and benefits, buying teams promoting women/minority owned businesses, but Costco will never brag about themselves.
