What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open door policy allows the ability for anyone at any level to talk with any layer of management by just setting up a meeting invite.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Being able to talk to anyone in management that I want to. I can talk with our CEO if I can't settle an issue at a lower level. Our CEO sometimes eats lunch in the cafeteria with the rest of us and is approachable and willing to discuss anything.
