It was very detailed. The team that did my interview were nice.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the employee's are good to work with. The samples are good.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and being fair to all employees when it comes to wages. If you are doing a clerk job you should be at clerk level.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes I do feel undervalued. I work very hard at my job, because I value good customer service and the member's will say that they always enjoy my customer service. What would make me feel better, just be fair.
