Costco may still be at the top for the industry, but entry level is average at best.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
CEO is great. The mid to lower level execs are somewhat out of touch with day to day operations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is wanting the culture, unfortunately too many managers being promoted with no idea of the culture or how to pass it on.
