I enjoy the health insurance and Sunday time and a half pay. As well as all major holidays off

Using my abilities to their full potential. There is plenty of opportunities to move around within the company

Most people want to be there and for the most part we are a big family of people who look out for each other
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Actual regular training. Sure we do safety, but refreshers on what is expected of us would go a long way in uniform membership service.
