Managers teaching, and developing not only employees but future leaders

Management teams aren't teaching enough or held to a standard of teaching.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'll tell you what I don't like. Costco is teaching less and less and we are losing our culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm in management and I love to teach employees and see them grow from new things they learn about the company.
