Depending on who we are talking about but some actually care how the store looks and if the employees are happy
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Have same expectations/standard from everyone. Hold people accountable. Reward for hard work or if someone goes above and beyond. Stop babying grown adults
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The biggest is management sleeping with employees and then turn around and get promoted like they are being rewarded for it. How are we suppose to respect the person if we know whats going on.?
