They are very pro employee and realize that by compensating us well and treating us well is good for business

I got 25 Costco shares on my 25 year anniversary, they put in a % of my yearly gross into my 401k, now at 7%.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We share the goal of good customer service and work together to achieve it. We manage to do this with a sense of humor and share that with our members
