Working with us. Acknowledging the good things not only the bad things.

They need to be better trained when hired. Managment just throws them out and expects miracles when their not trained
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More uplifting managment team who isnt so negative. Managers that are willing to work along side of u instead of sitting back and watching. Positive reniforcement
