What do you like best about the leadership team?
Costco employees work with pride for a company that have given us all we have but poor management skill are killing our moral and culture. We need to bring back the leaders that once guided us with the intentions of seen us succeed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I used to be wake up looking foward to go to work , feeling safe at my workplace and going home furfiled by the job I have done. Management have turn that feeling around .... we feel like we are been hunted, like they are after us like pray. Simply sad
