The work environment is really enjoyable. Great people who enjoy each other, and we have fun at work!

The people. My peers and co-workers, trully make my day! They are fun, and make it a great place to be.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
If this is the businesses leadership, they are amazing! I am proud to have them and serve where I can to make their experience, and jobs better. If it's IT Executives they all need to go!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a manager in IT I am paid severely less then the market rate. Despite the bonus, and stock options, that don't get me close to a normal rate, 90% of my employees make more than me. I am undervalued for my skill set, and not fairly compensated for it. 20yrs and I am looking to leave the company.
