What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Our employees are so new. Supervisors and membership are hired off the street. It would be helpful if management was supportive in training all. Most my supervisors don’t know basic things about Costco.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I’m a 15 year employee. I have everything I need. I believe if newer employees topped out sooner like I did they would be more likely to stay. It seems we can’t keep our best new hires. I love my company
