Great people and very understanding of one another.

Its a good compensation but it is hard to balance work and outside life.

Upper management should be more understanding of the employees when closing or have a time restraint.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
For whoever is closing there should be a rotation to keep from quitting or getting tired.
