The job can eat you alive if you allow it. I try to stay positive in a generally negative-unappreciative culture. Never good enough and NEVER praise for a job well done
zero communication. the guys leading the charge have little idea about reality of running a warehouse in todays climate. Most are relics and have not been in warehouse operations for SEVERAL years. Way too limited with employees and help throughout the day to operate and take care of members
