I try to be as positive as possible but I see to much going wrong I actually fear for long term company future.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
When I started everything was looking up. Lately with a new CEO tons of promotions and people who are not ready to lead has really hurt the company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We have a lot of workers who show up to work defeated, their day has not even started yet and their morale is crushed and their bad attitude rubs off on everyone.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It starts at the top and trickles down to those at the bottom. At least where I have worked nobody takes the proper time to teach, so you can imagine what the future holds and has showed.
