My coworkers are some of the most caring people that I have ever met.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone walks in with a smile on their face ready to help the members and each other. There is such a friendly atmosphere.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really care about their employees. Each manger and supervisor takes the time to help figure out things. They go the extra mile to help get the time off someone may need. Not to mention that they reward good deeds and work ethic. Costco managers are the best managers!
