What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always innovative as far as how to continue to be efficient and keep our culture always about our members and how we can continue the Costco motto.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't feel over-worked considering I have been working for Costco 16yrs. I enjoy my health benefits although I have seen them decline slightly through the years. I am aggressive with my 401k which has provided me with many opportunities.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel safe and know that Costco considers our opinion. I feel compensation is very competitive and they always strive to stay above competition. I feel confident about our products hence making my choice to sell and promote products much easier and confindence in products and warranties
