Continue to carry on our values as a company. Costco will continue to grow but we should not lose sense of who we are as a company, we want to lead not demand.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The lack of leadership in some buildings, we need to be fair to our employees, supervisor and managers alike. Management should have the same amount of responsibility all around and help each other not undermind others.
