Supervisors need to better identify when any department needs help and give them people from other departments.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid according to the heavy lifting and back breaking work I do. Benefits aren't that bad, it would be nice to afford to use them. I've needed full-time in the two years I've worked there, and it seems they only give full time to people who don't want it.
