CEO to scrap Current I.T. Management all the way from the CIO down. And bring in outside talent to help the company from falling apart from the lack of value being derived from the I.T. division.
CEO need to CULL all of IS/IT from the CIO down. They have been seen IT as a liability since the dot com boom. Its critical to have a well oiled and forward working IT division. It is not the case at Costco!
They feel I.T. is a cost center and a burden. Comp is well below local industry standards. PM and TPM teams in I.T. are a joke and its a boys club. Be real. Take responsibility. Cull the bad even if its your team.
