
Management needs to care about our needs first off, they need to understand that we are over worked and under appreciated. We need additional bodies, that would cut down on stress and tension among us all. We need a more open, and communicative management team.
We tell ourselves we do it for the member. That we keep working as hard as we do because we got this far and it will get better, that if we leave we will never find it as good as we have it now anywhere else
They seem to care a lot more about making money then their employees at this point in the growth of the company. I think my particular management team has lost their path on what it means to be apart of costco, and how to take care of their employees.
