I have worked in multiple departments and have gained more knowledge about the company with each department I work. My overall goal is to move up in the company and I feel it is easy to do so. I'm very happy with costco. Wish I joined them earlier in life.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together. We come in with the goal to get the job done before the store opens and we do it with Grace everyday. Everybody is willing to help each other out and we make it fun while we do it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
If you are willing to go in and talk to the management at your nearest location your chances of getting an interview Skyrocket. But I like that part about it. I want a company to be able to see me and hear me.. Rather than just awaiting a call back.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager works by my side to get the job done. We laugh and get to know each other throughout our work days. I would say my favorite part is we get to know each other's strengths and weaknesses and that allows us to help each other better to get a task completed.
What makes you most happy at work?
I know that I am providing for my family. I am the provider for the health insurance and it makes me happy to go to work and be able to do this for my family. I'd be lying if I wasn't excited about the paycheck I receive every two weeks. Costco pays well
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Corporate comes into my location multiple times a month. Physically comes up to me and shakes my hand. They talk to me about my position and my duties. Gets to know employees on a first name basis. I know that if I had any issues or concerns I could talk to them about it and would be heard.
