Less favouritism, equal treatment, stop cutting so much payroll to earn their bonuses

Good, consistent management, happy coworkers, when members recognize your hard work and dedication to good member service
What did you like most about the interview process?
I honestly can’t remember a ton about my interview as it was years ago, but it’s a 3 interview process, each with a higher lever manager.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This depends on the day. We have our negative nellies, but as a general rule, most people are happy to work for a company that puts employees first
