They are all hard workers.
What makes you most happy at work?
The hours till the next raise. Going to work knowing I’m closer to my next raise it’s like chasing numbers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They interviewed me called me within a few days for #2 interview drug tested me on the spot and I was hired
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Will to grow and move up the corporate ladder started in food court. You must work the grind before you become a manager.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
You get a raise based on hours you worked. Sick days paid, paid holidays off. Vacation starts after a year worked. Free education
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The managers at my store are the best leaders. Rob GM is a great manager and strong leader that shows with production and is fair with the employees that listens.
