My experience with my co-workers has been 95% positive. My experience with members about 80%. My experience with management 85%. Overally, I'm usually content with where I stand. However, the only criticism I have is that managers and supervisors constantly are rearranged by usual circumstances.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our first priority it to make our members happy. It feels good to help people and make their days better.
What makes you most happy at work?
Definitely my co-workers! They keep me going on a bad day. I know I can count on them and they can count on me, too.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I look forward to coming to work because of the team I have. They are full of energy and make it a positive working environment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love having paid vacation and sick pay! I don't feel guilty about not being at work, because I know our department will be taken care of.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were optimistic and hopeful for me. They cared about not only my past experiences, but they wanted to know about my future and how Costco would be a part of it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My department leaders are constantly trying to do their best not only for the members but also for our department. It's easy working with such a great team, especially when I'm willing to work harder because I see how hard our leadership works, too.
