Mostly positive, except that I don't think the opportunities for advancement are that great. We are paid fairly for what we do, and the benefits are good.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fact that we have a really good plan, particularly for retail work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very fair for the most part. We are asked to do a lot, but get treated well in return.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody does their part. People who aren't ready to contribute don't stick around long. Most have been here for a long time.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It didn't take that long, and it was mainly oriented around what the work is like. I think they did a good job of selling the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a lot of motivated people, and many who have been here for a long time. The people here believe in what we do and that is refreshing.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing everybody. We have some people that are generally just good to be around. They pick up everyone around them and that is also what I admire about my coworkers.
