My department works well, but have a hard time volunteering to help other departments in need.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Pay and benefits are great! Culture of nepotism, favoritism, and giving tone deaf treatment to employees not well liked.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Management team promotes people with no seniority and less experience verses employees who have shown loyalty with the company. Favoritism and nepotism is encouraged and rampant.
