Lack of intelligent competent leadship. Asinine policies. Members are allowed to do almost whatever they want with little to no repercussions. Benefits are just about enough to ignore most of that but Costco will take it's toll on you.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Logic and learning what leadership really means. Costco "leadership" are essentially nepotist incompetent fools who are constantly carried by their more capable employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The main workforce tend to be the most intelligent and capable employees but most will stay away from leadership positions or not make it due to friction with poor leadership above. The dumb promote the dumber to outshine competition and keep rising up the ranks.
