Rota system is really bad at the wembley branch, rota is put up last minute so u dont know when you off sometimes and ur asked to simply go home if your in on you day off.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Some of the leadership team is fine but there are some that bully the staff and make working for Costco Wembley branch a nightmare. Alot of the staff are not happy at all.
