Lots of cross-department collaboration to get projects completed. Get to meet a lot of people in neighboring departments and continue to improve.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lack of equitable sponsorship and promotional opportunities. Career advancement is not based on performance, it's based on networking and bullying employees into doing the work so leadership can take credit for it and continue to get promoted (very toxic). Offer employees cost of living wages.
