I am finding they have no loyalty to offer employees. The stat in my chest seem to mean nothing. Scoring consistently high on drink sales means nothing. They just hired 4 new servers and i went from 21 hours to 8. 8 hours?! I cant even call that a job.

The friendly co workers and friendly guests.
What makes you most happy at work?
The guests I meet and the income.

Its was immediate and had my answer quickly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring about the employees. The corporate detachment model is terroble. This job is unreliable. We count on hours to pay our bills. Why keeo hiring people we dont need? If they were needed the older employees wohldnt be losing hours to hive to them. What do these stars even mean?
What are some of the best things about your team?
70% of my coworkers are team players and we all help eachother. Nice people. Work hard. They do their side work and look fir things that need to be done. 30% hardly fo any side work. I notice sevetal male co workers do no side work but get lots of hours. How does that work?
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work hard, fast, accurate, strong sales, welcoming snd friendly with guests, team player, do my side work and the side work of those who dont. Still my hours are given away to new hires. I can not count on this job on a week to week basis if boom in one week i lose over half my hours.
