Management is not helpful. They treat certain people as if they are stupid. One host was told in Spanish by the GM that her coworker was stupid. The coworker was standing beside them at the time. Not everyone is held to the same standards. Full-time availability is expected for about 12-15 hrs/ wk.

Everyone must be treated with respect. Actively listening to what employees are saying. Creating a safe and healthy environment each day. Respecting the truth and speaking it. Creating a team atmosphere instead of an aggressive one. When asked by employee for help, give it rather than ignore plea.
