To not made to feel wrong when I don't agree with how some of the people there think or do things. Offering more money to start out would be better for what is expected of people when employed there
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Learning that when a issue is brought to their attention on more than one occasion and the problems not fixed. Doesn't result in asking someone to step down in there position. Or telling them that they will not accept their to week notice.
