communication and trust also help the crew and treat them with respect also.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Be paid the salary you was told. And when 3 DMS during your time there new you were being under paid should had it corrected.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
stop the playing favorite and change up the shifts so 1 AM isnt working 70% of the night shifts and the GM needs to close more then 1 night a month
