Completely toxic and ask for way too much (staying late, coming in early, on ur days off) but then throw a tantrum when u ask for something that might be a minor inconvience. They dont allow their employees to call out being sick without hearing the beast within them. Servers do EVERYTHING
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not being mean to younger employees. Im 17 years old am a great worker snd to above and beyond for cracker barrel but rhey still have a mean word to say no matter what. their goals are far too unrealistic and making little mistakes is completely frownd upon and will result in being yelled at
