This company was based on people and culture. They have recently lost their way. They need to have a more servant leadership mentality.

Return to the previous bonus program. If this doesn’t happen, they will lose the talented leaders that they currently have in the fiel
What are some of the best things about your team?
I absolutely love the majority of the people in the field. They are overly committed and although deal with minimal support from the home office, they still get the job done.
