Return to the previous bonus program as it aligned more with the goals to produce a strong company.

Although they deal with many obstacles, minimal support from the home office, and a lack of appreciation, they are the most committed teams out there.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recently, the bonus program for the operators changed and has been decreased by around 75% while the CEO is one of the top paid in the industry and continues to increase her compensation.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More servant leadership mentality at the support office. They need to celebrate the wins and get rid of the non useful people there. The entire leadership team needs to be rebuilt with genuine leaders that care about the people and brand.
