Pay a livable wage!Hire more staff. Im doing the job of 3 people but getting paid for one
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The couple of managers that help out and not talk down to you like the rest of the managers.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They make the people being interviewed sit and wait on the manager for at least 30 min. They need to be ready to interview at the time they scheduled
What are some of the best things about your team?
We do have a few good hardworking people but they always end up quitting or currently job searching. This is the kind of place where you burn out in a few months.
