Getting to leave at the end of my shift.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You get to leave when the shift is over. That's positive I guess.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's not the coworkers fault. Why be good at a job that underpass and underapriciates you? What's the point? Just get through the day get you check and go home.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
An actually equal share of the pie. Workers do all the work while higher ups just sit around. Crackerbarrel managers push work off onto hourly employees that the training specifically says a manager should be doing. I get paid garbage and they make 6 figures why is it OK to push your work onto me.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not lying to employees about the reality of getting your hours cut. Also they refuse to give proper wage because they have to "explain to their boss" why I'm worth it and they don't want to do that. Also there are things that in the computer training we are told are specifically the managers job and
