You often go without breaks and go long periods of time working open to close then they will hire a bunch of people over staff and cut you to no hours. People who serve them over 20 years barely over a dollar raise but they carry the sales everyday. They hire family and play favorites.

It use to be how we treated our guests but management doesn't care anymore they only care about dollar amount.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually following procedures and recognizing who is doing their job give them hours and pay a living wage no excuses
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well they take more and more benefits away since covid, honestly a respectable wage and consistent hours with managers backing policy no favoritism based on merit not who you know.
What are some of the best things about your team?
To be honest most of the team has quit and i am learning all the new hires....I will say they try but everyone sees what is going on so moral is terrible
