Since pandemic there are not enough workers to fulfill customer needs. Employee are scheduled too long of shifts with no breaks, it is impossible to give our customers the service they deserve when one is scheduled 12 hr no breaks over an over! Even shorter 8 hr shifts are without breaks.

too much stress and people tend to lash out at each other

the interviewer seemed genuine and sincere. Helped me to be more relaxed and less stressed
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they try to encourage you however the breakdown in NOT giving breaks, makes all other encouragement seem "trite"
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
all employees should be treated with dignity and respect. No 12 hour shifts except rare occasion and ALWAYS proper meal breaks, and 10 minute breaks throughout the shifts
