I love my job for the most part but there's no communication between managers a lot of times so say I have an emergency and I have to call off the daytime manager won't let the night time manager know and I get yelled at the next time I come to work even though I did what I was supposed to do

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Maybe servers should get paid minimum wage when we have to shut down the whole store after the store closes and still only make $2.15 in Kentucky
