I enjoy what I do. I wouldn't say I'm excited to go to work. It's still a job with ups and downs and stresses. I like my work environment and coworkers. The company shows care for their employees, but it can sometimes be shallow demonstrations. You get back what you put in to a good degree though.

It's mostly a supportive, team effort environment, with respect given to everyone
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The teamwork that comes from a respect for each person. For the most part everyone is given a level of respect both as a person, and for their role.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Positivity, support, teamwork. Most important is the support. The leadership feels like it's there to avtually help you, both as an employee and as a person, rather than to be enforcement and pressure like in a lot of other companies.
What makes you most happy at work?
The feeling of doing a good job and doing my part. Work can be very challenging and stressful sometimes but isn't unmanageable or constantly grueling. A big part of what makes this positive is knowing I have a support team behind to help me, and that I can help in turn.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance. They offer it and don't try to keep people from it. It's with full time hours only, but anyone who wants full time can have it. They make sure it's as affordable as possible while still providing actual healthcare. They even give you options to mix and match what works for you.
