It sounds really great on paper. They are constantly hiring new people. It is a great opportunity to meet new people. The saying is practice makes perfect. Cracker Barrel has excellent skill Trainers and numerous opportunities to train new hires for free.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with our Guest. They seem to really appreciate the level of customer service they receive when shopping. It's just feels good to know you are appreciated. The company doesn't even give you a free meal for Working on Thanksgiving day, Christmas eve, Easter.... However, my guest bring in cake
