Managers defend people who come into work late, shiftleaders at my store will yell at hourly employees over nothing and when brought up to management nothing is done. Shiftleaders will come in under the influence and nothing is said or done and they will change my clock in times for shifts I worked.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need more structure at my job. Theres no repurcussions to anything at all at my job. Managers have there favorites at my job and they let them do whatever they please, which leads to employee harrassment from said favorites.
