Im excited to be a part of a company that takes care of their employees; good benefits, flexible scheduling, great team environment (in theory), however it really hurts the overall experience when fellow servers/coworkers take on this high school/bully behavior on not only me but others as well.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The management at cracker barrel is great at their job but theyre not the best at explaining to employees what they need to work on without being condescending. They just throw you in the wilderness and expect you to lnow how to fend for yourself and teach you after you inevitably make mistakes.
