What did you like most about the interview process?
It was seamless. I applied online. I was asked what my availability was and then met with management.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The waiter staff is very young and energetic. They seem motivated and less frustrated than the back of the house team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a lot of cross contamination. You have fish and vegetables cooked in pork and beef fats. There is really no vegan options for folks with allergies or religious preferences.
