My location is high stress due to staffing and leadership
Insurance is terrible and way under paid for time with company (18 years) and amount of hours and job performance... constantly short staffed
As a person the coworkers are great but management consistently place square pegs in round holes due to staffing which causes more people to quit and stress out remaining staff
It starts at the top...I do not have a GM that makes good decisions on business and hiring and it trickles down to affect the staff and their quality of life...I went 83 days without a day off
