Poor management of employees... holding everyone to same standards and following health regulations instead of lying and changing dates on expired food
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Poor management and a higher pay then 2.15 an hour plus the opportunity to get benefits... they tell you when hired you will be full time but then give you 20 hours or so just enough NOT to qualify for health insurance... only place I've ever worked where the GM gets most weekends and holidays off!!
