What needs to change to make the company culture better?
All people need to be help to the same accountability.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better at promoting people based on skill and experience instead of who they like the most.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
2nd and 3rd shift are not on process and our team has to catch everything up in the mornings. And promotions are based on favoritism at my store.
